In the gym in the Cardio area you will find Life-Fitness and Technogym equipment,
in the OM area mats, ropes, weights and Fitball for free body exercises or yoga moments
FULL EQUIPPED GYM
At the center they will accompany you by the hand on your way to wellness with brand new equipment to get in shape and release the tensions of the day.
In addition to Sensación’s SPA and wellness treatments, guests have access to the Om Room where they can do Yoga, Free Body Movements, Stretching, Postural Gymnastics or Personalized Toning and Strengthening Exercises. A Cardio Fitness gym is available with the latest models of Technogym and Lifefitness machines for the most complete remise en forme.
